Construction Manager - FIFO

BSP is seeking experienced Construction Managers interested in working with a large mining company. This is a permanent FIFO position to work on various projects in Port Hedland and other Pilbara locations.

We really need someone who has been within the industry for a long time, has solid experience supervising people and in particular supervising sub contractors, and dealing with commercial contracts. We need someone who has experience supervising large numbers of people and contractors.

Essential

• A Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent;
• Possess at least 10 years of relevant experience within the construction and/or heavy duty machinery industry;
• Experience with Stackers and Reclaimers would be highly regarded;
• A strong commitment to safety, promoting it to all employees;
• Solid supervisory skills,
• In-depth knowledge of legislation & appropriate Australian Standards, and
• Be computer literate.
