Earthworks Supervisor

BSP is seeking experienced Earthworks Supervisors interested in working with a large resource company. This FIFO contract position is located in the Pilbara Region of W.A.

Essential

It is essential that you have:

• Passed HSC or equivalent;
• Previous experience as a Supervisor on EPCM project; and
• Ability to manage and lead a diverse team;
• Ability to prepare reports;
• Knowledge of HSEC procedures and their implementation.

• Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel;
• Ability to form & foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders within the business and externally;
• Attention to detail;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Understanding of and ability to follow Company & Client policies and procedures;
• Strong organisational skills;
• Ability to impart skills and train others;
• Ability to manage conflict between contractors and supervisors;
• Ability to reinforce rules and recognising good performance i.e.. Health, quality and safety; and
• Ability to delegate tasks and communicate.
